Marketing Manager, Lead Generation

Role Overview:

As the Marketing Manager for Lead Generation within our Marketing team, you will be responsible for driving Leaf's demand generation and inbound strategy. You will define and assess metrics to guide marketing's direction, including MQL conversion statistics, and will be accountable for quarterly marketing pipeline and new closed business targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing strategies to generate new leads and revenue for the company, continuously measuring and improving marketing and sales performance, and creating impactful nurture programs to drive expansion and growth with existing customers and re-engagement with prospects


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation Strategy:
    1. Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation and inbound strategy to attract and nurture leads through various channels.
    2. Define and assess key metrics to guide marketing direction, including MQL conversion statistics, pipeline velocity, and ROI.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align lead generation efforts with sales objectives and overall business goals.
  2. Revenue Targets:
    1. Set and track quarterly marketing pipeline targets as well as new closed business targets, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals.
    2. Implement strategies to optimize lead conversion rates and increase revenue from marketing-generated opportunities.
    3. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
  3. Nurture Programs:
    1. Create impactful nurture programs and strategies to drive expansion and growth with existing customers, increasing customer lifetime value.
    2. Develop re-engagement campaigns to nurture and convert leads at different stages of the buyer's journey, maximizing conversion rates.
    3. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to ensure alignment and integration of nurture programs with overall customer lifecycle management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree a plus.
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS Marketing experience with a proven track record of driving lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Strong technical ability required to access and assess relevant marketing data, with preference for experience with SQL, Python, and other tools.
  • Fluent in English, with exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Deep analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with a bias towards action and a proactive approach to finding solutions.
  • Experience with API products is a plus.
